Saturday 25th July 2026 – Coedpoeth Tournament
Wrexham Foresters entered two teams into the Coedpoeth Tournament, and both sides did themselves, their coaches, and the club incredibly proud.

Foresters Team 1
“Team 1” put in impressive performances from the very first game. Despite facing new challenges they hadn’t experienced before, they played with determination when it was needed and showed a mature calmness throughout the tournament.
Every player gave everything right up until the final whistle and should be immensely proud of what they achieved. The team reached the Champions League Final, where they narrowly lost to a very well-organised side. They thoroughly deserved their place in the final, and the future is certainly bright for these talented young players.
Foresters Team 2
“Team 2” – What a day for these lads! Every single player showed incredible heart, determination, and resilience from the first whistle to the last.
No matter what challenge they faced, they kept believing, worked tirelessly for one another, and never stopped fighting. Their final game was the perfect example of this team’s character, giving absolutely everything and leaving nothing behind on the pitch.
As coaches, we couldn’t be prouder of every player’s effort, commitment, and togetherness. The support they showed each other and the way they represented Wrexham Foresters was outstanding.
Summary
Results will always be remembered, but the attitude, commitment, teamwork and friendships built today are what matter most. These are the moments that help shape not only better footballers but better young people.

Keep working hard, keep believing, and most importantly, keep enjoying the journey. We are so proud of every one of you, boys!
