Wrexham Foresters continued their strong start to the FAW Futsal League North campaign with an impressive 8–5 away victory over Borras Park Rangers, producing a high-tempo attacking display combined with resilience under pressure.

FIRST HALF – FAST START AND EARLY STATEMENT

Foresters wasted no time asserting themselves on the match, opening the scoring just 3 minutes in through Alex Buxton, who finished clinically to put the visitors ahead.

Moments later, Sam Bryan doubled the advantage at 6’, capitalising on sustained pressure and sharp movement to make it 2–0.

Borras responded quickly through Gziut K. at 7’, but Foresters answered again almost immediately. Bryan struck for his second goal of the match at 8’, restoring a two-goal cushion and setting the tempo.

The game remained intense and open. Borras pulled another goal back, but Foresters kept pushing forward. Gibson J. scored at 15’, followed by Jardel Tavares Dias Da Mota, who found the net twice in quick succession as Foresters surged ahead.

By halftime, Foresters had established control through sharp rotations, disciplined pressing, and decisive finishing.

SECOND HALF – MANAGING MOMENTUM AND FINISHING STRONG

The second half saw Borras Park Rangers attempt to claw their way back into the contest, scoring again to test Foresters’ resolve. However, Foresters remained composed and clinical.

Alex Buxton added his second goal at 29’, followed shortly by another well-taken strike from Gziut K. at 32’, keeping the scoreboard ticking over.

As the game entered its final stages, Jardel Tavares Dias Da Mota completed a standout performance, adding another goal at 36’ to effectively seal the result.

Despite late pressure from the hosts, Foresters saw out the match with maturity, game management, and confidence, closing the contest at 8–5 and securing another important league victory.
