Wrexham Foresters U16s produced a composed and hard-working performance away from home to secure a well-deserved 2–1 victory over Aston Park Rangers, in a match that showcased intensity, teamwork, and maturity beyond their years.
FIRST HALF – FORESTERS SET THE TONE
The Foresters started brightly, setting a high tempo and pressing with purpose. Their early dominance paid off in the 15th minute, when Louis Anderson showed excellent striker’s instinct to finish clinically and give the visitors a deserved lead.
Foresters continued to control large periods of possession, moving the ball with confidence and creating chances, while remaining disciplined defensively. Despite a few moments of pressure from the hosts, the visitors went into the break firmly on top.
SECOND HALF – GAME MANAGEMENT & CHARACTER
The second half began with Aston Park Rangers pushing to get back into the match, but Foresters responded with maturity and composure.
